If there is enabled email forwarding or if some other mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a given domain, you will get a warning notice from our system. The latter will not deactivate/replace anything automatically or without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be enabled without difficulty if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you have created with the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will find a small symbol conveniently situated directly next to each one of them. With just a single mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with this option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and activate the feature through the contextual menu that will show up. In case any of the prerequisites for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will inform you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
